In the 18th century, dice were made from materials like bone, wood, Ivory, and pewter. During the period, dice games were played more by adults as gambling games but I'm sure children would have played with them as well.
Our wooden dice are made from maple with hand-burned dots. They measure 5/8" and are finished with mineral oil. Each set comes with six dice, a carrying bag, and rules for two 18th-century dice games.
